Animal Mugs: You (dad/grandpa/uncle/good friend) and your child, ages 5-14, will work together to create two animal-inspired mugs. Participants will be provided clay and basic hand-building techniques for molding ceramic mugs. Students will then paint mugs with underglaze. The Instructor will fire mugs with a clear glaze and return the finished work to The Collective one week after the class. Once picked up, fill your new creations with a cup of hot cocoa (provided) and enjoy.

Learn how to use gelatin plates and stencils to create beautiful prints! This is a workshop where you will get to experiment with a plate and create many 8"x 10" prints. The stencils that will be available to use are mainly flowers, leaves, ferns, trees and abstract. This is a perfect class for all levels!

Learn basic techniques to make a small animal sculpture. Ages 3-14. Each participant will be provided clay and instruction on basic techniques to hand-build 2-3 ceramic animals. Students should bring photos or images of some of their favorite animals.

Flower Pots. You (mom/grandma/aunt/good friend) and a child, ages 5-14, will work together to create two beautiful plant pots. The pots will be decorated with underglaze. Pots will be taken to the instructor’s studio and fired with a clear glaze. One week after the class, the pots will be ready to be picked up. You can plant seeds (provided) to watch the flowers grow.
